One of a stack of low-budget board-type games. The basic story is here: Vintage Games and Playing Pieces. There’s a list of the games below.

Here’s another TWO PLAYER game. Each player chooses the basket he will shoot for.

Rules for Basketball:

1. To start the game, each player spins and the one having the highest number gets possession of the ball and dribbles toward his own basket (this is indicated on the chart by the player moving the ball across the center of the court). Then, the same player (the one in possession of the ball) takes a spin for his first play.

2. Always keep the ball on the proper side of the court to designate who has the ball.

3. When two free throws are given, the player takes two spins.

4. When any type of shot is no good, the player attempting the shot keeps the ball after the miss, except when free throws are missed the opponent gets the ball and puts it into play by taking a spin.

5. The game consists of four quarters of six minutes in length with a two-minute interval at the end of the first half.

2. Pass intercepted
3. Long shot – good.
4. Travelling – opponent gets the ball.
5. Push shot – no good.
6. Out of bounds – opponent gets the ball.
7. Foul by offensive player – 1 free throw.
8. Attempted shot missed and recovered by opponent.
9. Long shot – no good, bu fouled – 2 free throws.
10. Foul by defensive player – 2 free throws.
11. Push shot – good.
12. Fouled in act of shooting – basket counts and 1 free throw.
