One of a stack of low-budget board-type games. The basic story is here: Vintage Games and Playing Pieces. There’s a list of the games below.
For Huff and Puff, each player takes 10 markers (beans or buttons may be used). Players take turns playing — first, each one spins and places one marker on the number space that is the total of the numbers (added together) indicated on both inner and outer circles of the spinner.
If a player spins any number except number 7, and it is already occupied by a marker, he wins it and takes it off the table for his own. But if he spins a 7, he puts a marker on 7 and leaves it there. Each time a player spins number 12, he wins all the markers on the 7 and on the other numbers of the board. If there is not a marker on the 7, he does not win any marker, but places one marker for each occupied number on the 7.
Player who has most of the markers at the end of the game is the winner.
(But where or when is the end of the game?)
